We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact forms, newsletter signups, and AI Concierge interactions. We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide personalized information about the Dayton Region, improve our website and services, send requested communications, and analyze aggregate usage patterns. 3. AI Concierge Data
Conversations with our AI Concierge are processed to provide relevant information about the Dayton Region. Conversation data may be stored temporarily to improve response quality. No personally identifiable information from concierge conversations is shared with third parties.
4. CRM & Lead Routing
When you submit a contact form, your information is stored in our CRM system and routed to the appropriate team member based on your inquiry type. Your data is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing relevant information about the Dayton Region.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website. We may also use heatmapping tools to analyze page-level engagement. You can opt out of analytics tracking by adjusting your browser settings or using browser extensions.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including SSL encryption, secure hosting, and access controls. Our hosting environment includes automated backups retained for 90 days.
